Meditation by the Numbers

I am excited to announce my CD on guided meditations.  Guided imagery or prayer is a great way to enter into meditation.  The thought of silent meditation can keep people away from the experience.  But I have found that short guided meditations serve as user friendly ways to invite people into the grace-filled gift of silence.

Meditation by the Numbers takes you from anger, fear and distress to love, faith and hope, to be guided on a journey to the indwelling Presence of the Divine. These guided meditations integrate meditative practice with the Enneagram types and subtypes in a way that provides both support for the development of an inner witness and a clear sense of the different flavors of the habits.  Guides for the interior journey you can return to time and again.  You do not need to have any prior understanding of meditation, the Enneagram or spirituality to find this useful.

Table of Contents include:
The Body Center: Working in Love, Working with Trust, Working for Peace
The Heart Center: A Heart with Hope, A Heart to Share, A Heart for Life
The Head Center: Living Faith, Spreading Joy, Just Enough
each with Instrumental Background
